Service Update

At the moment, IARC is temporarily running at reduced capacity, so for non-urgent matters, unfortunately, your clients may be waiting longer than usual to speak to a lawyer.  

We will continue to prioritise, and treat as urgent, clients who are experiencing domestic and family violence, clients who are in detention, and clients who have urgent deadlines coming up, so those people should receive a call to book an appointment with one of our lawyers in no longer than three days after their enquiry or referral comes through. If you are concerned about an urgent enquiry or referral, please email us at [email protected] to follow up. 

For all other matters, please allow up to three weeks, though we will do our best to get back to you before then.
