IARC provides advice about Family and Humanitarian visas to people living in New South Wales. If you do not live in New South Wales, unfortunately we are unable to help you.

We are doing what we can to provide immigration advice and assistance to as many people as possible.

Due to the high levels of demand, we are prioritising people with immediate family (partners and children under 18) and close family (adult children, parents or siblings) in Afghanistan. If you fall within these priority groups please complete our enquiry form.

If you are enquiring about extended family, friends or colleagues, we may not be able to assist at this time. We encourage you to read our Refugee and Humanitarian information sheet to find out more about these visas.
